“The experience was one to forget traveling into town from Sydney hope for a relaxing session in the spring and a good nights sleep but only to find poor customer service will unclear direction of what is included with the room from the expedia. It starts with booking where they don’t state rooms does not include the use of spring and that it’s based on session that requires booking in advance rather then a stress free spring resort where these are included. “Great location, friendly staff, super clean room with comfy bed. Only downside is that the Studio apartment is quite small and a bit noisy, but it wouldn’t stop me staying again”

“The stairs are very steep inside the apartments, and the handrail only goes part way up. As an elderly couple wirh hip replacements we found the stairs had to negotiate.”
